Who doesn’t love a bendy tree over the water! I’d gone for a lovely long walk and get snapped a few pics, never thinking I would enjoy drawing them!

Started with my gouache paints and quickly switched to my favourite @carandache Luminanc

How to hit the happy balance between exploring this little garden scene (part of my dad’s beautiful back garden in the UK), in my sketchbook and not over-doing it.

Hopefully I’ve stopped in time!

Moved some of these garden elements around! And really enjoyed how this little drawing came out.
